QuantChain is an enterprise cryptocurrency exchange platform built for serious traders and institutions. It combines a real-time matching engine, multi-chain custody wallets, a full KYC/AML onboarding flow, staking products, P2P escrow trading, and a merchant payment gateway, all in a premium, mobile-first UI.
The Challenge
A crypto exchange demands sub-second trade execution alongside institutional-grade security. The matching engine must handle high-throughput order flow without latency spikes, while the wallet system needs proper hot/cold segregation, HSM-ready signing, and watchtower monitoring across multiple chains.
The Solution
Next.js 15 App Router for SSR and edge functions. Prisma + PostgreSQL as the authoritative trading ledger. Redis Streams for real-time pub/sub and order book delta broadcasts. WebSocket gateway delivering live market data to clients. A modular microservices architecture, Auth, Trading, Wallets, Settlement, Staking, P2P, Merchant, each independently deployable on Kubernetes.
